We Are Here to Help
Our admissions team is available 24/7 to help you with any questions or concerns you may have about your trip to our wellness retreat in Thailand. We can assist with the logistics of your journey, including flight arrangements, travel insurance, and visas. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on your journey to recovery. Contact us today to learn more about how we can support you on your path to wellness.
1. Visas
We can help you with the necessary arrangements for your trip to Thailand, including flights, travel insurance, and visas. Most nationalities are eligible for a 30-day or longer visa exemption upon entry to Thailand. If you want a longer stay, we can assist you in applying for a visa before leaving your home country or help you extend your visa once you arrive in Chiang Mai. Contact us for more information on visa applications.
2. Flights
For most journeys, you’ll have to transfer to the capital city of Bangkok (although this is not always the case – direct flights to Chiang Mai are available from several cities including Singapore). Chiang Mai is a one-hour flight from Bangkok and there are frequent connections throughout the day, from early morning until late night. Your admissions manager will assist you with flight bookings.
3. Airport Transfer
Once you arrive at Chiang Mai airport, our dedicated staff will greet you and take you on a short 20-minute drive to our facilities by private, comfortable transportation. You won’t have a thing to worry about, just sit back and take in the views of the Northern Thailand countryside.
4. Arrival Times
Except under exceptional circumstances, we ask that clients arrive at The Cabin before 5 pm, preferably Monday-Thursday, to ensure a smooth admission. Our admissions staff are here to help and advise on this matter.
